If you are looking for a cosy spot to rest your head after a day exploring the Suffolk Coast, our Snug bedrooms, located in our main pub building, are perfect for you and complete with all the essentials.

With low timber beamed ceilings, original door frames and a floor space of 140 square feet, our tiny home reconnects you with your travelling companion - or if you are visiting solo, it’s a home away from home where you can unwind in complete comfort and focus on self-care.

GOOD ROOMS
Located in our main pub building, our Good rooms do not compromise on comfort and prioritise relaxation to guarantee you enjoy an undisturbed night’s sleep. Each room is individually fitted with traditional furniture, ornate linen and an ensuite with a shower over a bath. Our Good rooms are flexible and can also be adapted into two twin beds.

BETTER ROOMS
Our 'Better' rooms, located in our barn annexe, offer more spacious bedrooms, ideal for those seeking a little more room to unwind during your stay. Choose from a double or king-sized room. These rooms are elevated with luxury in mind and individually furnished with traditional furniture. These rooms also feature an additional seating area, a bath and/or shower cubicle for long soaks after exploring the coast. With more room to breathe, these are also ideal rooms for families, offering space for extra beds and cots (which we can provide on request, subject to availability).

BEST ROOMS

All our 'Best' rooms offer the comforts of our Better rooms with a little extra luxury. Our
largest bedrooms, located in our barn annexe, are perfect for longer stays and extra space to relax. These rooms are all uniquely designed with opulence and furniture for a cosy cottage ambience.

BEST FAMILY

Exploring the salt-air coastline with little ones and would like a peaceful evening nearby? We have two family bedrooms, Greyfriars (pictured) and Blackfriars, which make for a comfortable stay for everyone. Each room is spacious and has all the comforts and extras of our 'Best' bedrooms.
​
Greyfriars (pictured) is situated in the barn annexe away from the main pub building and includes a conjoining room with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the seating area.
Blackfriars is an upstairs room of the main pub building, with low exposed beamed ceilings for that quaint countryside charm, plenty of floor space and a conjoining room with two additional single beds.
Both Family rooms can comfortably accommodate a cot (which we can provide on request).

CONNOCK ENGLAND
In our bedrooms and communal spaces, we have worked closely with our fragrance partner, Connock England, to create a scent that evokes a sense of place.
​
The Verdant fragrance collection was created for our guests and inspired by the countryside in our region. It is a fresh, green fragrance crafted using a vibrant blend of essential oils to capture the essence of the place we call home.
​
Verdant has notes of blackcurrant, English rose and fig that are layered with uplifting citrus, eucalyptus and peppermint, with grounding undertones of sandalwood and amber adding warmth and depth.
